    AFAIK there is no way to set a position or order of QDockWidgets in some DockArea.
    I think they are ordered the way they are added.
    So to have your own QDockWidget on top, you have to add it before everything else, which might be tricky.

    I'm sorry, my last remark was non-sensical since a dockwidget is not part of the centralwidget. This is probably some very specific dockwidget stuff that i don't know about. Perhaps some of the guru's here will know if it's possible.
